Trip Sign Up Process

Registration, Payment, and Refund Process

Read the Trip Details for the particular outing you are interested in and determine your trip preference. Begin at the Home page.

Click Sign Up at the bottom of the Trip Details page and proceed to the Bus Trip Sign Up page. Be sure to read and understand the standard refund policy.

If your desired trip is full and you wish to obtain a priority spot on the wait list, follow the Priority Wait List Registration Process below. If your desired trip is not full, click Register and begin the Sign Up and Payment Process.
Sign Up and Payment Process (for trips showing Availability)
- After clicking Register, a sign up screen is presented and you can sign yourself up.
- If you would like to sign up more than one person, you can add more people once each person is registered by clicking on the "Register for Another Event" button once you get to the "My Cart" screen.
- If you have not registered on our website before, you will need to complete a quick registration as part of the sign up process. This includes setting a password for your account.
- Your registration is complete once you have completed your credit card payment through PayPal.
- Please complete and return the required Participant Forms as quickly as possible. Instructions are included in your Confirmation email.
- As the trip date approaches, an email will be generated to all participants advising them of the date and time of the pre-trip meeting.
- If you have any questions or concerns about an outing, see Contact Us for the coordinator email address of the outing you are interested in (e.g. Joshua Tree National Park Wildflowers, Grand Canyon National Park, Yosemite National Park, Mammoth Lakes, Channel Islands or Mammoth Fall Colors Trip).
Priority Wait List Registration Process (for trips showing as Full)
Individuals who want to have priority access to any seat that open up on a currently Full trip, should click on the Register button for the trip identified as the Priority Wait List for the desired trip. This works just like an airline Stand-By list.
After clicking Register, a sign up screen appears.
- There is NO Group signup for Priority Wait List trips.
- If you have not registered on our website before, you will need to complete a quick registration as part of the sign up process. This includes setting a password for your account.
- Your registration is complete once you have completed your credit card payment through PayPal.
- As openings become available, the Priority Wait List people will automatically be moved to their selected trip in the order in which payment was received. A confirmation email will be sent once a trip has been assigned.
- You can monitor your place in line at any time by logging in to the website, navigating to the Bus Trip Sign Up page, and clicking on the Attendees button.
- Priority Wait List individuals will be refunded in full if they wish to cancel their registration prior to being assigned to a trip or if they have not been placed on a trip within 7 days of departure.
CAUTION: Once a priority wait list registration has been moved to the desired trip, the standard refund policy applies immediately.
